We strongly believe in a collaborative approach to care.  This collaboration begins with our clients.  As integrative therapists, trained in multiple treatment modalities, we adapt our approach to fit those whom we serve.  We recognize it takes great courage to schedule a first appointment and it is important to us that our clients feel seen, valued, and respected.  Through learning of each person’s story, struggles, and hopes, we can help them become clearer about themselves, understand problematic patterns, and learn tools for lasting change.   We work together with our clients in determining a treatment plan that fits each person’s needs, pace, and resources.  This dialogue begins during the assessment phase of the first session, but is continuously reviewed and revised over the course of time.

Additionally, with written permission from our clients, we frequently work in conjunction with Physicians, Nutritionists, School Personnel, and other professionals to strategize and coordinate care.  We find that this collaboration consistently enriches the services we offer.

Services are provided in the form of Individual, Couples, Family and Group Psychotherapy.
Sessions are generally held weekly and are 45-55 minutes in length.

Some of our therapists are also available to provide Consultation Services
to other Behavioral Health Professionals.

the change it has gone through to achieve the beauty.”
